Registered Manager
She is also a qualified Social Worker and Best Interests Assessor with over 15 years’ experience in health and social care. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has worked across adult social care, mental health, and safeguarding.
Starting her career as a community-based support worker, Margaret gained invaluable frontline experience that continues to shape her compassionate, person-centred approach. She is highly skilled in Mental Capacity Act assessments and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), with a strong focus on protecting individuals’ rights and ensuring their voices are heard.
Recognised for her professionalism and empathy, Margaret, as a registered Manager, works collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies to achieve safe, ethical, and balanced outcomes.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys travelling, meals out, dancing, socialising and attending community-based events.
