Initial Training
Before the launch of your business, our experienced team will provide support to help you navigate essential setup tasks including CQC registration, securing suitable premises, and recruiting your Registered Manager. Additionally, we place emphasis on marketing and networking during this stage.
Ongoing Training
After CQC registration we will provide annual support through online workshops and face to face regional meetings.

The overall start-up cost for a Team24 Care home care business is approximately £ 100,000, which includes the initial license fee of £20,000 + VAT. We work closely with you to determine the optimal level of franchise investment for your goals.
Major banks fully support the Team24 Care franchise model and typically lend suitable franchisees up to 50% of the total investment.
Additional funding opportunities are available through the British Business Bank’s start-up loan program. A transparent management support fee of 5% plus VAT on monthly sales income applies.

Investment Details
Franchise Fee Payment Terms
Initial Franchise Fee
The proposed launch investment is approximately £20,000 exclusive of VAT, including an initial licence fee of £5,000 exclusive of VAT, unless confirmed otherwise in writing by the Franchisor. A deposit equal to 40% of the applicable initial franchise fee is payable at the start of the business relationship. Where agreed in writing, the remaining balance may be paid over a period of up to ten months. Team24 Franchise may amend the franchise fee, licence fee, deposit requirement, payment profile or franchise terms at its discretion, provided any variation is confirmed in writing and does not affect commission already validly earned under the agreement.
Royalty Fees: Ongoing Support Costs
Royalty fees are ongoing payments made by the franchisee for access to the Franchisor’s continuing support, systems, resources and operating framework under the relevant franchise agreement.
Such support may include where applicable:
- Custom software
- Training programmes
- Operational manuals
- Operational, compliance and legal support, where available and applicable
- Telephone or communication support services, where applicable
The current royalty rate is 5% of gross revenue plus VAT, unless otherwise agreed in the applicable franchise agreement. For example, where gross revenue is £100,000 for a relevant period, the royalty fee would be £5,000 plus VAT.
Duration of Royalty Payments
Royalty fees are payable as long as the franchise agreement remains active. Franchise agreements typically last for a minimum of five years, subject to the terms set out in the contract.
Royalty Structure
Any royalty structure shall be governed by the relevant franchise agreement and may include a fixed percentage, fixed fee or other structure agreed in writing by the Franchisor.

Territory and Exclusivity
Each franchisee is allocated a defined territory, agreed in writing by the Franchisor, within which they may promote and operate the Team24 Care Franchise in line with the franchise agreement, brand standards and approved operating model.
Expansion into additional territories, service lines or neighboring areas may be considered by the Franchisor where the franchisee has demonstrated strong compliance, operational capability, commercial performance and brand alignment. Any expansion must be agreed in writing and may be subject to additional fees, revised targets or amended franchise terms.
