Registered Manager
As a Registered Manager at Team24-Kent. I bring together frontline care experience, commercial leadership, business consultancy, and operational management to support the delivery of safe, compassionate, well-governed, and person-centred care. I am passionate about giving high-quality care that helps people feel valued, listened to, respected, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have worked across residential care, domiciliary care, hospital settings, supported living, and therapeutic care environments. I have supported people with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex behaviours, and a wide range of care and support needs. I believe excellent care is built on compassion, accountability, strong family ties, trusted relationships, open communication, and a deep understanding of each person’s individual needs, preferences, and life story. I value the important role that families play in a person’s care journey and work to build positive, respectful relationships with service users, relatives, staff, commissioners, professionals, and partner agencies.

- MSc in International Marketing – Glasgow Caledonian University, supporting strong communication, stakeholder engagement, service positioning, and relationship-building.
- MBA in International Business Development – Nexford University, strengthening strategic leadership, operational planning, governance, business growth, and decision-making.
- BSc in Economics – Obafemi Awolowo University, providing a strong foundation in analysis, problem-solving, resource management, and evidence-based thinking.
- Business Analyst Training – Tritek Consultant London, enhancing skills in systems review, service improvement, information management, and operational efficiency.

With experience across logistics management, compliance and frontline domiciliary care, Francis understands what it takes to build a service that is organised, responsive and focused on people’s dignity, independence and wellbeing.
He brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, shaped by years of managing teams, improving performance, supporting safety and maintaining high standards in regulated environments.
Francis is committed to creating a culture where service users, families and staff feel respected, listened to and valued.

Francis holds a BSc in Accounting and has completed training in data analysis, Microsoft Office, health and safety, workplace communication and the Care Certificate Standards.
