How much does it cost to become a Team24 Care franchisee?
The franchise fee is £20,500 plus VAT, in addition to a franchise license fee of £6,000 plus VAT. It is recommended that potential franchisees have at least £20,000 in available liquid capital. Financing options may be pursued through various high street banks, subject to their approval. Alternatively, qualified individuals may be eligible for the Government-backed Business Start-Up Scheme, which offers the opportunity to borrow up to £25,000 without requiring personal investment. This borrowing limit is doubled if the business has two directors.
The company also charges a management support fee (MSF) of 5% (plus VAT).

Monthly Service Fees
Team24 Care offers competitive service fees designed to enhance your chances of success. The first three months of trading are completely free, and service fees of £200 + VAT will only be charged starting from the 4th month. After your first year, fees will rise to £300 + VAT per month or 5% of your revenue, whichever is higher. Discounts may be available when you reach your performance targets.

The overall start-up cost for a Team24 Care home care business is approximately £ 100,000, which includes the initial license fee of £20,000 + VAT. We work closely with you to determine the optimal level of franchise investment for your goals.
Major banks fully support the Team24 Care franchise model and typically lend suitable franchisees up to 50% of the total investment.
Additional funding opportunities are available through the British Business Bank’s start-up loan program. A transparent management support fee of 5% plus VAT on monthly sales income applies.
